Your guests may have heard of the Bellini, but what about the Tiziano or the Rossini? Create a Tiziano Prosecco Bar at your next brunch to show there is more to brunch than a mimosa!
These 3 famous, Italian classic sparkling cocktails were created by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy. Cipriani named them after renowned Italian artists & their use of color.
Bellini – Gentile Bellini (Prosecco & Peach Puree) Rossini – Gioachino Rossini (Prosecco & Strawberry Puree) Tiziano – Tiziano Vecellio – (Prosecco & Grape Puree)
What you will need:
- Tiziano Prosecco
- Peach, Strawberry & Grape Puree
- Three (3) pitchers
- Champagne or White Wine Glasses
Fill each pitcher with a different puree. Place pitchers and glasses on your serving table or bar. Keep Prosecco chilled (fridge or ice bucket). Open Prosecco as you need them, so that the bubbles do not go flat. Decoration ideas; keep some fruit to add to the serving table and write little note cards and history of these Italian Sparkling Cocktails.
