Tiziano Chianti Riserva 2013, DOCG
Chianti Riserva is the result of a careful selection of the best Sangiovese grapes, most suitable for long maturing. The wine is fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to ensure excellent color and supple tannins. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 20 months in old Slavonian casks, then aged for a minimum of 4 months in the bottle.
Its natural acidity pairs beautifully with a range of foods, especially classic, tomato-based sauces and stews and red meat. Serving temperature: 60-64°F
