Chianti
Tiziano Chianti is made from 95% Sangiovese and 5% Caniolo grapes. This wine is produced from fruit selected from some of the finest hillside vineyards available in Chianti. It is vinified under temperature-controlled conditions and aged in traditional cellars. This is a harmonious wine with the berry and violet scent of the Sangiovese and the soft, smooth texture that the Caniolo brings. Tiziano Chianti is a versatile wine that will go well with pasta and red sauce, yet has enough body and character to accompany grilled meat dishes.
Chianti Riserva
The Tiziano Chianti Riserva. The “Riserva” designation signifies that a Chianti is of a good vintage and has been aged for at least three years, making it among the finest wines in Italy. Our Chianti Riserva is made from 100% handpicked Sangiovese grapes. The color is intense ruby-red and has a sweet, full, fruity aroma with elegant notes of spice. The flavor is smooth and lingering with a fruit finish. It best accompanies rich first courses, grilled meats and medium matured cheeses.
Pinot Grigio
This wine is produced in the Veneto region, in the provinces of Verona and Treviso. It comes from the typical calcareous and marly soil of the zone, with alluvial residuals of medium blend A prominent acidity and a pleasant sweet aftertaste are the typical features of the Tiziano Pinot Grigio 2008 The grapes are vinified in white. The must undergoes a slight cleaning by static setting. Beginning of fermentation is carried out by inoculation of selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 61-64°F. Fermentation lasts 15-20 days, then the product is cleaned and stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
