Ingredients :Prosecco & Pecorino Risotto

  • 2 cups Risotto
  • 1 cup Tiziano Prosecco
  • ½ cup Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • Olive oil

Method:
In a medium size heavy bottom pot add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and onions to pot, cook onions for 2 minutes over medium high heat. Add risotto and toast for an additional 30 seconds. Next add Tiziano Prosecco and enough water to cover the level of the risotto. Stir the risotto constantly and keep gradually adding more water to the risotto for 15 more minutes or until the rice is al dente. Finish cooking out the water in the pot and then when all the water has been absorbed turn of the heat and add the butter and Pecorino cheese and stir until smooth.

Serve immediately and with a glass of Tiziano Prosecco!
